The EBL – Easy BARRIER Light safety fence is the latest born into the Easy Barrier family, and is based on the new rectangular mesh panels with 30×63 hole and ø 3 mm wire.
It is addressed to those who are looking for the best compromise between lightness, high strength and low costs.

The EBL modular anti-intrusion barrier allows you to keep dangerous areas at a minimum distance of 200 mm. The frameless mesh panels reproduce the characteristic Della Casa trapezoidal ribs that characterize the other panels of the Easy BARRIER family, and maintain the same advantages in terms of configuration versatility, possibility of adaptation on site as well as ease and speed of assembly.

MESH PANEL AND POSTS

EBL mesh panels are proposed in a wide range of standard widths, with a height of 1890 mm and 4 ribs for barriers H = 2000, and with a height of 2385 mm and 5 ribs for barriers H = 2500.

The panels are painted with powder coating in the standard black colour RAL 9005 and are combined with the normal 50×50 tubular posts already used for the Easy BARRIER Klassik line.

SKATTO PLATE

Designed, manufactured and patented.

The sKatto ø 3 plate, the captive fastening system compliant with the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), meets the coupling requirements set out in the regulations and allows extremely easy, fast and safe assembly of the panels.

Designed for EBL mesh with 30×63 hole and ø 3 mm wire. For a truly without tightening security.

DOORS

The doors of the EBL line are part of the Mekkano construction concept and include single-leaf hinged doors and sliding doors with upper guide, available with different widths of the passageway.

MODULARITY

In addition to the intrinsic versatility configuration of the EBL line, it is possible to provide for the insertion of one or more Easy BARRIER KRT panels where it is necessary to stay closer to a dangerous area, while maintaining compliance with regulations.

The EBL protections are designed and built in full compliance with the regulations in force, and are supplied complete with the EC declaration of conformity and the use and maintenance manual.

FLEXIBILITY

PLATE POSITIONING

Thanks to the slotted fixing hole, the sKatto plate allows slight unevenness of the floor to be absorbed during barrier assembly, thus always guaranteeing a precise ground support for the posts and the vertical alignment of the various mesh panels during assembly.

MESH CUTTING POSSIBILITY

The absence of a frame, the basic feature of the EASY BARRIER family, allows the modular panels to be cut easily, both to reduce their width in case of need, and to create splits and shapes. In this way it is possible to resolve situations not foreseen in the design stage or alterations decided upon assembly.

ACCESSORIES

The Kalibro R panel, an adjustable element for anti-intrusion barriers in blind metal sheet or mesh, allows the length of the barrier to be increased or decreased without interruption, within a ≈ 400 mm adjustment range. Suitable for operations that need to adapt measurements during assembly with great precision, it can also be used as a support for touch screen monitors, push-button panels, warning signs, company logo signs and more

The adjustable telescopic foot allows one or more posts to be placed in a lower area of the floor than the one where the other posts are located. This item can be requested for all posts if the protection barrier is to be placed on particularly uneven floors or where there are extended slopes designed for carrying waste water.

If necessary, this strut can be used to stabilize one or more posts in a protective barrier, such as the striker post of a sliding gate if it remains isolated.

Thanks to this accessory the inclination between a post and a modular mesh panel of any type can be adjusted. A further advantage that expands the assembly possibilities and allows complex perimeters to be created.
