The cornerstone of the family, the square mesh anti-intrusion panel with 40×40 hole and ø 4 mm wire, is at the base of our modular systems. It owes its success to the ease with which the panels can be installed and altered. The high structural strength makes it the perfect product for any need. An evergreen classic that never ceases to amaze, versatile in a wide range of uses.

The EASY BARRIER KLASSIK modular perimeter protection line is recommended for a distance of ≥ 200 mm from the danger area and is the cornerstone of Della Reti’s production. The characteristic trapezoidal ribbing is the hallmark of our products, right from the company’s beginnings. Configuration versatility, possibility of adaptation on site, ease and speed of assembly, high structural resistance have established the success of this mesh barrier which is among the most used by our customers.

PANELS AND POSTS

Modular panels are the heart of the EASY BARRIER KLASSIK mesh protection line.

The welded steel mesh, 40×40 and ø 4 mm wire, is pressed to create a series of horizontal ribs that give the panel excellent qualities of stability and robustness, thus making it self-supporting, without the need for a frame that would increase its weight and compromise its ability to be adapted on site. The panels are available in a wide range of standard sizes, customizable with intermediate sizes and easily shaped to obtain passageways. They are thermosetting powder coated in the standard RAL 9005 black or in the desired colour, also against samples.
The modular panels are also available in stainless steel mesh and / or coupled with a polycarbonate sheet (Lexan®).
EASY BARRIER KLASSIK panels are combined with normal 50×50 mm tubular posts or with 80×80 mm tubular posts for special constructions or heights. Posts with adjustable foot via telescopic stem are available.

PLATE

Designed, manufactured and patented.

The sKatto plate, the captive fastening system compliant with the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), meets the coupling requirements set out in the regulations and allows extremely easy, fast and safe assembly of the panels.

GATES

The EASY BARRIER KLASSIK system is designed and built to be perfectly integrated into the Mekkano construction system concept of hinged gates. There are all types of standard sliding gates in the EASY BARRIER KLASSIK line and special design solutions are possible.

MODULARITY

A feature of the EASY BARRIER KLASSIK perimeter protection system is modularity, which allows even the most complex perimeters to be set up easily; it is also possible to integrate in an extremely simple way other types of panels in the EASY BARRIER family in an extremely simple way, in areas where there are different safety parameters required by harmonized standards.

FLEXIBILITY

PLATE POSITIONING

Thanks to the slotted fixing hole, the sKatto plate allows slight unevenness of the floor to be absorbed during barrier assembly, thus always guaranteeing a precise ground support for the posts and the vertical alignment of the various mesh panels during assembly.

MESH CUTTING POSSIBILITY

The absence of a frame, the basic feature of the EASY BARRIER family, allows the modular panels to be cut easily, both to reduce their width in case of need, and to create splits and shapes. In this way it is possible to resolve situations not foreseen in the design stage or alterations decided upon assembly.

ACCESSORIES

The Kalibro R panel, an adjustable element for anti-intrusion barriers in blind metal sheet or mesh, allows the length of the barrier to be increased or decreased without interruption, within a ≈ 400 mm adjustment range. Suitable for operations that need to adapt measurements during assembly with great precision, it can also be used as a support for touch screen monitors, push-button panels, warning signs, company logo signs and more

The adjustable telescopic foot allows one or more posts to be placed in a lower area of the floor than the one where the other posts are located. This item can be requested for all posts if the protection barrier is to be placed on particularly uneven floors or where there are extended slopes designed for carrying waste water.

If necessary, this strut can be used to stabilize one or more posts in a protective barrier, such as the striker post of a sliding gate if it remains isolated.

Thanks to this accessory the inclination between a post and a modular mesh panel of any type can be adjusted. A further advantage that expands the assembly possibilities and allows complex perimeters to be created.
