EASY BARRIER KRT:

When the danger zone is close, the 8×41 and ø 3 mm wire anti-intrusion panel is the best answer. Working in safety is not an option. It is a must.

Thanks to its metal mesh with 8 mm wide passage opening, the EASY BARRIER KRT system is the perimeter protection that allows the barrier to be positioned just 20 mm away from the danger area. Like the other Della Casa Reti products, this anti-intrusion barrier retains the characteristics of absolute versatility, modularity and resistance that make it an element to always be relied on for the safety of the work areas.

PANELS AND POSTS

The EASY BARRIER KRT system, 8×41 wire mesh and ø 3 mm wire, allows the barrier to be positioned at a distance of 20 mm from danger areas.

The EASY BARRIER KRT protections offer the same characteristics of flexibility of use, ease of adaptation on site and high structural resistance that characterize all Della Casa products.
Various width measures are available for a height of 1890 mm with 4 ribs, to obtain barriers with a total height of 2000 mm.
With additional 480 mm high panels with 2 ribs, barriers with a total height of 2500 mm can be obtained.
The panels are thermosetting powder coated in the standard RAL 9005 black or in the desired colour, also against sample.
Upon request, the modular panels can be produced in stainless steel mesh.
The EASY BARRIER KRT wire mesh panels can be combined with normal 50×50 mm tubular posts or 80×80 mm tubular posts for special constructions or heights.

Designed, manufactured and patented.

The sKatto-Evo plate, the captive fastening system compliant with the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), meets the coupling requirements set out in the regulations and allows extremely easy, fast and safe assembly of the panels.

Like the other Della Casa Reti products, the EASY BARRIER KRT system is designed and built to be perfectly integrated into the Mekkano construction system concept of hinged gates. There are all types of standard sliding gates in the EASY BARRIER KRT line and special design solutions are possible.

ACCESSORIES

The Kalibro R panel, an adjustable element for anti-intrusion barriers in blind metal sheet or mesh, allows the length of the barrier to be increased or decreased without interruption, within a ≈ 400 mm adjustment range. Suitable for operations that need to adapt measurements during assembly with great precision, it can also be used as a support for touch screen monitors, push-button panels, warning signs, company logo signs and more

The adjustable telescopic foot allows one or more posts to be placed in a lower area of the floor than the one where the other posts are located. This item can be requested for all posts if the protection barrier is to be placed on particularly uneven floors or where there are extended slopes designed for carrying waste water.

If necessary, this strut can be used to stabilize one or more posts in a protective barrier, such as the striker post of a sliding gate if it remains isolated.
